• Manage your event from conception through day of event operations
• ​Virtual Planning and Coordination with tech and online platform support and vendors 
• Coordinate site inspections of facilities, hotels and points of interest
• Negotiate contracts and prepare request specs for proposals
• Identify expert speakers from our " Speaker Bureau of Many Colors & Abilities"
• Help identify sponsors and collaborative partners
• Coordinate keynote speakers, calls for workshop presenters, trainers, entertainment, mixers/socials and award presentations 
• Coordinate registration, account payables and receivables
• Coordinate event staffing, technology vendors, keynote speaker travel and other logistics 
• Liaison for all vendors and speakers 
• ​Provide onsite professional event staff 
• Provide quality security team as needed
