Executive coaching and mentorship is a critical investment for women in leadership roles, however it is a necessity for Women of Color who often encounter structural racism, microaggressions and unconscious biases in the workplace or as they pursue career advancement. Our careers don’t always take the path we envisioned but through fully understanding our PURPOSE we can confidently progress to our destined career and assignment. Often workplace cultures are often "not ready" for professional leaders of color, therefore creating expectations for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at all level is a win win for all.
